honey-mustard butter

Ingredients

• 250g butter (room temperature)
• 1 tablespoon hot mustard
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Salt and pepper if necessary.

Beat the butter until fluffy. Stir in the mustard, honey and soy sauce and season with salt and pepper as needed.
