Discover the world of our honey varieties. There is something for everyone.
Acacia honey is one of the most popular types of honey. It is easily recognized by its color (almost colorless or light golden yellow), its taste (specifically sweet) and its distinctive consistency (uniform, liquid or slightly viscous).
This honey is very well assimilated by the body and provides it with energy as well as bioactive and nutritional substances.
The fructose content of this honey is 41.7% higher than other types of honey. This is why acacia honey is the sweetest. In addition, this is the only natural type of honey that does not crystallize due to this high fructose content (or only partially after about 2 years).

Flower honey is the most well-known type of honey. It consists of several flower nectars and therefore has the most rounded taste. This taste varies depending on the flower from which the bee has collected the nectar. The color of flower honey can also vary - golden-yellowish, reddish or brownish (depending on the type of flower the bee has harvested).
We offer raw flower honey without thermal processing and with only minimal filtration. The consistency can be liquid, viscous and crystallized.
The greatest benefit of granulated pollen is that it is very nutritious. With a pollen cure we provide our body with all the vitamins and minerals it needs. It helps against fatigue as an energy provider, especially during times of physical and intellectual exertion. It is also invigorating, very effective, strengthens the immune system and helps with digestion.
Adults should preferably take one tablespoon (15 g) before breakfast and children (3 – 6 years) one teaspoon (5 g).
It should be stored in a cool place and protected from sunlight.
Buckwheat honey contains a large amount of amino acids, is detoxifying and helps the entire body. It prevents the formation of arteriosclerosis and helps with anemic conditions resulting from iron deficiency.
This type of honey is dark brown, has a pungent taste and captivates with the perfume of buckwheat. It gives many types of cakes a delicious taste and is perfect as a sweetener.
Cream honey is obtained from flower honey in a complex crystallization process. This processing produces a honey with a creamy texture. This consistency means the honey spreads very well on bread and does not drip.
It contains no preservatives, palm oil, gluten or additives.
It is a fantastic honey, very nutritious and with an exceptional taste. Due to its color, which varies from dark yellow to amber, and its taste, which is not too sweet but slightly pleasantly bitter, this variety is highly appreciated by beekeepers and anyone who knows about honey. It contains many vitamins (B, C, D), enzymes, trace elements, mineral salts (iron, copper, manganese) and many antioxidants that have anti-anemic, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects.
It can also be very helpful in treating digestive diseases, kidney problems, relieving liver problems and osteoporosis. Furthermore, consumption also supports blood circulation and improves/normalizes blood pressure. This type of honey can be consumed daily as the body assimilates it very easily and quickly.
Coriander is a versatile plant. It is used in cosmetics and perfumery, in pharmacy (e.g. as a tea) and as a spice. This honey has a reddish color, is aromatic and perfumed.
Immediately after harvesting, the smell of coriander can be very unpleasant. However, after a week this changes and the smell becomes very sensual.
If the honey has not been thermally processed and is in its raw state (raw honey), it can be liquid, viscous or crystallized, depending on the time of year.
Linden honey is a well-known and appreciated type of honey. It is yellow-orange-reddish and contains monosaccharides and volatile oils, which are rich in farnesol (a juvenile hormone with a floral smell reminiscent of lily of the valley).
The smell of linden honey is unmistakable and the aroma is special. If you plan to try different types of honey, we recommend you try linden honey last because it has a very dominant taste. The consistency of this honey can be uniform, liquid, viscous or crystallized. In crystallized form, the honey is a little lighter.

Rapeseed honey is the most interesting of all honeys. It is easily distinguished from other honeys, especially by its white colour, sometimes white-grey-yellowish.
Due to its creamy consistency, it can also be serbet-like (very viscous). This honey has a pleasant taste and is less sweet than the other types of honey.
Because of the high proportion of glucose (dextrose) in rapeseed honey, which is higher than that of fructose (levulose), it crystallizes very quickly. For this reason, you only find crystallized rapeseed honey, regardless of the time of year. It crystallizes finely and creamily.
The sunflower is widely cultivated in Romania, which allows for a very high quality of this honey.
The color of this honey is yellow, but it can also vary from gold to mustard color. It has a specific sweetness and a pleasant smell.
The consistency can be liquid, viscous or crystallized. It crystallizes quickly.
This honey, just like the flower it comes from, is rich in flavonoids, volatile oils, minerals and contains pure lecithin. We offer a raw sunflower honey without thermal processing and with only minimal filtration.
Sage honey regulates hormone levels well and stimulates the endocrine system. It is an excellent “nerve balm”.
It can also soothe sore throats and dry coughs, stimulates blood flow and is good for the heart.
This type of honey has a light yellowish color and a delicate aroma.
